Dillenburg
Over the years, the Rotterdam singer Dillenburg has been able to enter the largest stages at home and abroad.
He did this as an interpreter of his own work, but also as lead vocalist of the Re:Freshed Orchestra and as background vocalist for Anouk, Wouter Hamel and Ntjam Rosie, among others.
Whatever his position is on stage, his characteristic warm voice was central everywhere. The cheerful born artist started a new adventure in 2020 by making a switch to Dutch-language music. He says that by making music in his mother tongue, he has become even closer to himself and is able to communicate even more directly with his audience. This sympathetic born artist knows how to make women's hearts beat faster with his warm sound and his charms and to give the men the feeling that they have a comrade. The soul drips from his voice and runs like a red thread through his music.
In November 2020, Dillenburg launched his first Dutch-language single called 'Laatste Traan'. Despite the corona era, this turned out to be the start of a beautiful new journey. After 'Last Tear' followed the songs 'Jealous', 'Als het Einde Nadert' and 'Djogo in de Zomer', songs that are all part of his EP 'Boy van de Liefde', released in 2021.
With his new music he managed to arouse the attention of, among others, 100%NL, Slam!, the Kids Top 20 and Q-music. In 2022, Dillenburg toured the country with John Williams' RnB Old Skool theater tour.
Dillenburg plays a wide repertoire live. The language of his own music is Dutch. He supplements this repertoire with (well-known and lesser-known) Dutch and English songs that are in line with his music. This includes music by Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, PJ Morton, Dojacat, Chris Stapleton and Leon Bridges.
Dillenburg plays accompanied by his regular musicians. The composition of the band depends entirely on the wishes of the client. For example, Dillenburg can be booked in an acoustic (or semi-acoustic) setting with, for example, just a guitarist or keyboardist, or with a full band consisting of a guitarist, bassist, keyboardist and drummer.
